Specifications: This kit quantitates human interferon omega in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma, or in media using a sandwich immunoassay.1,2 The kit is based on an ELISA with anti-secondary antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) is the substrate.
Quality Control:Standard written procedures are followed in the preparation of all ELISA kits. Each group of ELISA kits is assigned a lot number. Sample kits from each lot are retained for periodic evaluation. Kits are guaranteed for eighteen months from the date of production.
