Tested Applications: Flow Cytometry: 0.5-1.0 µg/ml of antibody is sufficient for labeling of 1x10⁶ cells in 100 µl total volume

Figure 1: Flow cytometry analysis showed the expression of human interferon gamma in NK-92 cells. Human interferon gamma was assessed by intracellular cytokine staining of NK-92 cells. NK-92 cells without interferon gamma (closed histogram) and NK-92 cells with interferon gamma (open histogram).
